Hi, I’m Kerin. I’m a personal trainer and online coach helping people achieve their personal best, whatever that may be.
My mission is simple: help you build muscle, get stronger, and transform your mindset so you can live life guilt free with confidence. I believe in sustainable change, not quick fixes.
I used to struggle with confidence and body image when I was younger. I was skinny, shy, self conscious and constantly seeking external validation. This all came from a place of insecurity. Deep down I knew I wanted more for myself, but like many people, I didn’t know where to start.
I began training in the gym and slowly over a period of 6 months, after doing my own ‘building phase’ I started to see my physique progress. I was dedicated, consistent and stuck to the plan.
People began to pay me more attention, treat me differently and most importantly I began to gain confidence in myself. I finally achieved my goal, although it seemed impossible at the time.
It wasn’t easy. But the results were worth it.
Since then, I’ve dedicated my life not only to training and coaching others to feel strong and empowered, but also to understanding how our mindset can either hold us back or drive us forward.
