This premium coaching package, with in-depth weekly check ins is a great option for those looking to have unlimited support and accountability.
It’s like having a “PT in your pocket”.
You will be held accountable to your daily habits, nutrition and training progress and receive feedback at the end of each week.
What’s Included

You will follow a 12 week programme block split into 2 x 6 week phases. Tailored completely to your goals and lifestyle with exact exercises, sets and reps with video demonstrations on how to perform each movement. The app includes a logging feature so everything you do will be logged, tracked and monitored. Updated frequently based on need.

Fill in a short form with progress photos, weight and measurements (or whatever your preferences are). We will then chat about how your week has been and I will make any necessary adjustments to your plan to ensure that we keep making progress each week.

You will have access to me throughout the week via Whatsapp for support, guidance or just to chat. I always aim to get back to your message on the same day.

It’s not all about training and nutrition. Lifestyle factors are just as important. We will discuss your habits, mindset, stress and other areas which may impact progress with tools to improve.

Tailored calorie/macro target based on your current goal. Adjusted when needed with on-going nutritional support.

After the initial 3 months are completed, there is a rolling monthly subscription which can be cancelled anytime.
How It Works
Step 1
Fill in the application form below.
Step 2
Once I have received your application, I’ll be in contact via Whatsapp to book in a consultation call. Here we will discuss your goals, previous experience, how the coaching process works, what to expect and most importantly what is expected from you.
Step 3
If you’re ready to commit, I’ll onboard you to my coaching app and start designing your programme. Once you’ve joined as a new client, you will receive a payment request. Please complete this to have access to your programme.
Step 4
Receive your personalised training and nutrition plan, track your daily habits, get familiar with the app and check in each week, on time. You will have access to ongoing support and guidance throughout your training block to ensuring progress is being made.

Once you’ve submitted an application, I will respond within 1-2 working days. If your application is successful, we will schedule a consultation call to discuss your goals in more detail and answer any questions you may have about the coaching process.
You will then be guided through an on-boarding process to set you up with everything you need for the coaching service including your monthly coaching payment set-up. Once I have all the information required, your first block of programming will be ready within 2-3 working days.

Clients will be able to start their programmes on Monday. The payment must be received by the Thursday before the start date, any later and your programme will start the following week.

Yes. I highly recommend clients commit to a minimum of 3 months to allow enough time to tailor the coaching service effectively to allow for the best results. As with most things in life, patience and consistency are key.

No. Your training programme will be based around the equipment you have available, whether that be at home or the gym. Whatever works best for you.

You’ll receive a customised training plan with video demonstrations, tracking tools, and consistent support to ensure you’re progressing. We’ll also monitor your habits and lifestyle, holding you accountable towards your goals.
Online coaching offers more flexibility with your training schedule.

Every Thursday I’ll send you a check in form that will provide me with information about how you found the previous week including your training, nutrition, energy levels, stress and relevant progress metrics.
Using this information, I'll be able to provide you with personal feedback, where I'll highlight areas you're doing well and what we need to work on moving into the following week. All this ensures we're consistently moving towards your goal at a rate you're happy with.
You will be encouraged to message me directly via Whatsapp during the week if you have any questions / struggles!

Yes, you will have access to me throughout the week (mon-fri) for support, guidance or just to chat. I always aim to get back to your message on the same or the following day.

You can cancel your coaching subscription at any time after you have completed your minimum commitment period of 3 months. I require 1 month notice so that I can open up your spot to a new client.
There is a 7 day trial period where you can cancel. The 7 day period however, is voided once you have accessed the app and your plans.
