Working together we will follow a bespoke plan to ensure you hit your goals, either in the comfort of your own home or in a semi-private gym studio. Whether your goal is to lose fat, gain muscle or general health and fitness, our personal training packages will get you there in an enjoyable and sustainable way.
Every new client begins with a complimentary consultation — your first step toward lasting results.
In this initial session, we’ll dive deep into your lifestyle, fitness goals and the challenges you may be facing. It’s a chance for us to get clear on what you want to achieve and outline the most effective path to get there.
Your goals are personal. Your training should be too.

1 Session: £65
5 Sessions: £300
10 Sessions: £550
*Receive discount on 2 or more sessions per week.
Group Personal Training Sessions
Group training sessions can also be arranged. Prices by agreement.

Not at all. Personal training is designed to meet you exactly where you’re at. Whether you’re a complete beginner or already active. My role is to guide you, support you, and build a plan that progresses at your pace, so you feel confident and capable every step of the way. I’ve worked with clients from all backgrounds.

Your first session will focus on getting to know your body and movement patterns. We'll go through some basic exercises to assess strength and mobility, and introduce elements of your personalised program. There’s no pressure to perform — the goal is to build confidence, comfort, and a clear starting point.

That depends on your starting point, your goals, and how consistent you are. Most clients start to notice positive changes in how they feel (energy, strength, mood) within a few weeks. Physical changes typically follow in 6–12 weeks with consistent effort and the right plan.

I don’t believe in crash diets or extreme restrictions. I promote a sustainable approach to nutrition that supports your goals while still fitting into your lifestyle. We'll work together to build healthy habits that you can maintain long-term, without giving up all the foods you love.
