Personal training is the ultimate investment in your health. Working together we will follow a bespoke training plan to ensure you hit your goals, either in the comfort of your own home or in a semi-private gym studio located in Twickenham.

Whether your goal is to lose fat, gain muscle or general health and fitness, our personal training packages will get you there in an enjoyable and sustainable way.

Every new client begins with a complimentary consultation — where we will discuss your goals, current lifestyle, previous exercise experience, any challenges you might be facing and go through movement analysis. It’s a chance for us to get clear on what you want to achieve and create a plan of action to get you there.

Your goals are personal. Your training should be too.

  • Minimum 24hr cancellation without charge.

  • Payment must be received before the first session starts.

  • All packages have a 16 week expiry date unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments accepted via BACS transfer or cash.

  • Personal Training is for everyone! It’s a great option for those needing hands-on coaching to improve technique and confidence or for those who just need that extra push during their workouts.

    Every session is tailored towards whatever goal it is you want to achieve.

  • I’m based at a semi-private gym in Twickenham. I also do home visits and travel to surrounding areas including; Twickenham, Richmond, Teddington, Hampton, Chiswick, St Margarets and Kingston.

    Depending on location, there may be an additional travel fee.

  • No. Personal training is designed to meet you exactly where you’re at. Whether you’re a complete beginner or love going to the gym regularly. My role is to guide you, support you, and build a plan that progresses at your pace, so you feel confident and capable every step of the way. I’ve worked with clients from all backgrounds.

  • In your consultation session we will have a chat about your goals, previous exercise experience, what I can do to help and see if we’re a good fit. We'll go through some basic exercises to assess your movement patterns, basic strength and mobility, before designing your personalised program.

    There’s no pressure to perform — the goal is to build confidence, comfort, and a clear starting point.

  • That depends on your starting point, your goals, and how consistent you are. Most clients start to notice positive changes in how they feel (energy, strength, mood) within a few weeks. Physical changes typically follow in 6–12 weeks with consistent effort and the right plan.

  • No. I don’t believe in restrictions when it comes to your diet. I promote a sustainable approach to nutrition that supports your goals while still fitting into your lifestyle. We'll work together to build healthy habits that you can maintain long-term, without giving up all the foods you love.
